About Amy

As an educator and school leader, Amy has spent much of her career surrounded by stories—listening to them, helping others find their voices, and watching extraordinary things that can happen inside seemingly ordinary communities.

Her debut novel, The Almost Between Us, grew from her love of small towns, complicated relationships, quick humor, strong friendships, and women discovering that the life they want may not look exactly like the one they planned.

It is the first novel in her Westmore Series.

When she isn’t writing, Amy can be usually found spending time with her son, planning their next adventure, or finding yet another reason to prove that sitting still is wildly overrated.

Why Westmore?

I’ve always been fascinated by the idea that a place can become more than itself.

A town can hold memories. Friendships. Traditions. Heartbreaks. Reinventions.

Sometimes we choose where we belong. And sometimes, somehow, a place chooses us.

Westmore grew from that idea.

I hope when readers arrive there, it feels just familiar enough that they want to stay.

With love,

Amy
